As of February 2010, additional accessible seating is available at the Community Center Theater.

This space is the ideal location for a wide range of events such as the California State Home & Garden Show, Easy Rider Bike Show, Cheerleading Competition, Religious Services, and General Sessions. This 134,000 square-foot Exhibit Hall can be divided into five separate areas.
