The Sacramento Convention Center is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Our Event Services department has a team of experienced Event Managers who are committed to ensure that your event is a success. Your Event Manager will provide you with information relating to the building, assist you through the planning process and communicate all of your facility requirements to our various internal operating departments. He or she will act as your primary contact, and can assist you from the initial planning to the conclusion of your event.

Working closely with our Event Services team is a host of service providers, including our exclusive award-winning caterer, Classique Catering, for all of your food and beverage needs, our exclusive telecommunication provider, Wombo, Inc., and our preferred audio visual provider, Advantage Presentations for all of your technical needs. Our staff works closely with them in order to provide you with the highest level of service possible.

Each event is assigned a highly qualified Event Manager who will assist you with all aspects of your event from the time you begin the pre-planning stages of your event, to the time you arrive on site and follow up with you at the conclusion.

The Convention Center Complex is located across the street from both the Hyatt Regency and the Sheraton Grand and one block from the Residence Inn by Marriott, making them convenient hotels for both attendees and performers. With a thriving downtown neighborhood, there are many other hotels, Bed and Breakfasts and motels in close proximity to our complex.
