Event Services

A Team of dedicated professionals, our experienced Event Services Department are available to assist you with all of your meeting needs and answer any questions you might have regarding the best use of your space and room set-up.

Each event is assigned a highly qualified Event Manager who will assist you with all aspects of your event from the time you begin the pre-planning stages of your event, to the time you arrive on site and follow up with you at the conclusion.

The Convention Center Complex is located across the street from both the Hyatt Regency and the Sheraton Grand and one block from the Residence Inn by Marriott, making them convenient hotels for both attendees and performers. With a thriving downtown neighborhood, there are many other hotels, Bed and Breakfasts and motels in close proximity to our complex.
