Description: Ron Cunningham's epic spectacle, set to the music of Carl Orff, is the signature masterpiece of the Sacramento Ballet. "Carmina Burana" is accompanied bu a full chorus and orchestra; also staged is Balanchine's "Theme and Variations," danced to the music of Tchaikovsky. Ticket-holders can join Cunningham 45 minutes prior to curtain for an informal inside view of the performance.
